Overall his gameplay looks clean. Some dodgy shots here and there with the hipfire, put apart from that he seems okay. I can definitely see your view of suspicion and will certainly keep an eye out in the future.

I didn't see any recoils, his shots are clear. And his aiming looks like he was playing on a joystick, lol
Yeah, we better keep eyes on him...

Seems like a skilled player.  Some of the shots do appear to have no recoil, but others do.  Also uses a low recoil weapon.  Hard to tell.
