Your explanation of the appeal: Alright, this is gonna be particularly interesting hahaha. I came to the server today, and as I was about to play a player named Hyrra said that Kenobi wallhacks. Due to recent events in my life I have been feeling rather uppity and chipper and decided to play in jest, and so i said: 'I admit it, I wallhack and use aim assist' or something to that extent. Spankeem and Aunt Selma were the admins in the server playing at the time and possibly undercover admins, I can't really pin point when they're under aliases because  their pings are too similar too each other but I digress, and so Spankeem said to Aunt Selma something like 'you saw that right' and immediately  me all the way to Shanghai. I was going to reply shortly after that comment that I was joking but the ban happened too fast and I was too late.

So uh, yeah, I don't really hack and I suppose the real reason I'm banned is cause of... idk, fooling around? I may have overstepped those boundaries pretty obviously so here I am making this appeal. Well, I hope this joke didn't  really go so deep and if  its decided that what I did was stupid and can't be forgiven and will remain a perm ban then well, that's too bad I guess.

Thanks for your post but your ban will not be removed.

I am not going into a great long explanation as you are well aware of your long history with us here at FH.  I haven’t looked too hard but I suspect you have one of the longest penalty records of anyone to play on our servers.

We are just normal guys looking to provide a really decent server for folk to come and play without all the rot you bring.  Even in recent times you have really pushed the boundaries on your ‘mute’.  If you were serious, we feel you would have shown more respect and control.

There are many players who believe you do use cheats of some sort and your statements (jokes as you say) were never going to end well for you.

You have had more last chances than most so it is time to part ways Ben.

Good Afternoon FH

Ben, there is something serious wrong with you.  I was there (7 Nov, mid afternoon, vacant lot) when you were kicked.  You were spectating the game for about five minutes.  During that time I was running around with a shot gun, stun/knifing people.  For no apparent reason you went on a quick tourettes like comment about how I suck this and that and that I was pathetic.

SilencesG3 was there and many other (assuming) FH members under alias.

I did nothing to no one yet off you went on a tirade like for no apparent reason. It was my first game of the afternoon, I have no idea what happened to you in the other maps, but you used me to vent what ever problems you have. (Many!)

You have a lot of growing up to do if you want respect in life but here's the thing, you won't grow up.  The key to life is learning from your mistakes.  You make many, yet never improve. 

Then you come to the forum here, and do the same old routine.  Excuse, plead, and apologize.  "I'll never do it again"

I have zero say here.  But as a retired infantry commander I can tell you this.  I've seen thousands of kids like you, YOU don't get it!

You BOT banned yourself on the regular against your !mute but were like that child who despite knowing his parent's rules, pushed, and pushed, and pushed because you knew you had 3 or 4 warnings before anything would ever happen; instead of being mature, instead of learning, instead of adopting the clans wishes to be quiet and not talk, you only learned that you could say whatever you wanted to - and when you finally did get your !tb, it was pointless before it even started because you never really cared to begin with anyway.

I hope the recent events in your life continue to make you feel uppity and chipper.
