I was playing broadcast map and got warned for throw nade he said 'in spawn'
(it was under stairs from roof conector betwen big room and tv studio xd but nvm ok lets say it s not allowed
so i just didnt throw any nade more for no risk if it land in spawn cuz there are many as we know
he was talking more
then i said him to ''shut up xd'' as a joke
and he banned me for 30 days
wasnt any insult cursing or something
I think even mute would be abuse cuz its only shut up
but he could mute me in the end
and he just banned me for 30 DAYS for saying shut up
give me unban? and mute if there are rules

Hi Breadfan,

The admin who banned you will be along when time permits to discuss your ban. 

However, regardless of whether you intended it as a joke, telling him to "shut up" when he is trying to ensure the game is flowing fairly for everyone is not advisable.

I'm not the admin who banned you but I'll respond to the matter.  First off like any guest on the FH servers there is an expectation that you will follow the server rules, which are as follows:

- No racism of any kind
- Use of any cheats will see you permanently banned
- PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL
- No recruiting for your clan, your server, or anything else
- No advertising or spamming of websites or servers
- Please refrain from excessive cursing
- The use of Martydom or Last Stand is NOT allowed
- Do not bind your 'fire' key to the scroll wheel
- Camping is allowed, spawn camping/trolling is not (claying,nading,tubing and rpg's on spawn are not allowed)

- Glitching, except for elevators, is allowed as long as the following is true:
             - You can be seen
             - You can be killed


One of those rules I put in capitals on purpose - PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL.  Saying "Shut up boy" when an admin is engaging you isnt showing much respect.  Quite likely why you were banned, and the 30 days was probably so we could engage you on the forums.  When people dont follow the rules and they are banned in a manner that they come to the forums to request an unban, this provides an opportunity to bring to their attention their behaviour on the server.

You have visited the server 80 times, so I think by now you should know the rules:

Now your ban was actually for 3 months, 1 week, 16 hours and 32 minutes (Im not entirely sure of why that is).  I do think thats an excessive ban and Ill remove that, however I will replace it with a 10 day ban starting today.  If and when you come back please follow the server rules and treat people with respect.  Failure to do so will likely lead to permanent exclusion.

I know that the admin may not have been aware of those messages when he banned you.  You were banned as you had just been warned for a spawn nade and then were disrespectful in response.  When an admin on a server issues you with a warning its because you have broken a rule (in this case nading a spawn).  Its an opportunity for you to reconsider your game play, and being disrespectful in response is neither warranted or tolerated.  That ban was removed.

The current ban was placed by me as a lesson to you that not following the server rules has consequences.  The 10 day ban will remain in force.
