Hello,

Today, two poeple from your community "Rusty and Zman" have once again showed me admin abuses and dishonor.
They are the only two person from FH who complains about my game and they are always abusing on their admin power on me. When they show up in the server every 3 months.
The worst part is that they oppress me cuz i'm better then them at a freaking video game. They need to be reminded of some virtues but that's not the point of my post.

Stop the admin power abuse ! That's the point of my post !
For example Rusty banned me from the server cuz i said he was hopeless (WOW what a very bad thing to say, I must be a terrible person... Right ?) on discord. How is that fair? How isn't that abuse ?
He could have muted me from discord or even ban me from discord. But as he has no admin power on discord so he decided to ban me from the server. A.B.U.S.E

Now that i'm banned from the server and discord, the abusers won and I can't even defend myself on the matter other then typing here.

PLEASE, I would like a Clan leader to answer this post and not the two persons that oppresses me all the time.

Unlike Zman and Rusty, I play EVERYDAY ! I play with a lot of FH members (Cheese - Jane - Aru - Cujo - Striker - and more)
And none of the FH members i play with ON A DAILY BASICS do abuse nor complain about my game. Only those two when they show up every 2 or 3 months.
(BTW anyone has news about Couch ? haven't seen him in a while. hope he's ok).

But each time Zman or Rusty shows up : BLA BLA OR GET BANNED ! WTF IS WRONG WITH THOSE TWO ??????
PLEASE Someone need to talk with those two and make them stop the troll/abuse habit they have about me.

I have a big mouth and a lot of skills (specially when compared to those two). But i didn't deserve to be treated like this !

If you don't want to solve my problem cuz you want to keep a good figure for your clan and deffend your clan members, i can understand (won't approve but will understand)
If you do so, you should still talk to those two fellas. Teach them that the server or the discord is not their's to play with. They need to stop the abuse.

Hi Lazy

Firstly, an FYI for you – I have 8,000 connections to the FH FFA server and play with you almost every day.  I am under alias and you aren’t aware and I actually spend quite a lot of time admining the server. 

I am very conscious that we are playing a game that is many years old and struggling to keep a player base.  I have been in FH for close to 10 years and a Clan Leader for quite a few years now.  Your implications that I abuse power is the opposite of what actually happens – I want to keep players playing but there are some basic rules for you to follow along the way. 

Today you were trolling the same few spawns over and over – quite simple.  You were warned like any other player would be and you took exception to it.  There was no abuse, there was no doubt and there was no debate required – you were breaking the rule. 

The rest of the body of your post is quite simply rubbish and I won’t spend my time addressing each of your points.  The truth is that you should have been banned last time you unleashed on zMan on the Discord server.  We are normal people with normal lives and normal jobs, and we aren’t here to put up with your rot.  We supply the server and you follow the rules….that is the agreement we both enter into.

Here is your situation:

- You are banned from our Discord server – that will remain in place.
- You are banned from the game server for 4 weeks – that will remain.
- I will make that game ban permanent and remove you from this forum if you continue – and I will have the support of the clan in doing so.

My advice is to sit out your 4 week ban and come back with a new attitude.  I guarantee I will treat you equally as I do every other guest when you return.

Hi,

When i play i always run in circles to make it more fun for me, to keep me on my guard. i'm not the type of player that will camp nor use low skills weapons like tube or clays.
I like the challenge of running into the danger and still manage to get the best out of my opponents.
I also like to fight against strong or stronger players (like cheese, Jeane or Duck to name only them) cuz to get stronger you need to fight stonger players then yourself.
Those are my only goals in playing COD4. Get stronger and keep it fun/entertaining. Not to argue every two months with admins who dislike me.

When i run in circles, if people are spawning, I must kill them in order not to be killed myself. Not my fault if there are spawning there (the server was really crowded so poeple were spawning all the time and the spawn protection is always off when i came upon them).
I am NOT "spawn trolling". You have bad judgement and you definitely have a beef against me (same goes for zman). But whatever. You're admin with power, not me. So you won.

I'm gonna make sure to have a bigger circle when running to avoid this misunderstood in the future. But once again, I DON'T SPAWN TROLL!

Just a quick question.
Banning someone from the server because of a conversation on discord is part of the "The rest of the body of your post is quite simply rubbish" thing ?
"Hopeless" was the word that triggered you. Not even an insult, just my opinion.
Is it fair to ban someone on the server for a conversation on discord ?

No jokes, no trolls. Real question.
I'm trying to understand the logic and the way you guys fonction as a clan. Cuz for me it's just an abuse from an admin and not a fair thing to do since its two completely different platforms.
But im sure you'll come up with a good arguement to show me how it's fair

My last post on the matter.

Your description of running in circles is exactly what FH determine to be spawn trolling of the same spawns.  You aren’t challenging yourself by doing so as you suggest…you are picking off players as they spawn.   

No one hates you or is showing admin abuse towards you, but your lack of respect is letting you down.  Below is a sample of some of the admin and automated bans you have received.  I don’t believe I need to say anymore and suggest you do the same.

Hi lazy, you were banned from the server because you were trolling spawns by running in circles going back and forth between the same spawns over and over. And for being disrespectful yet again. You were banned from the discord because of your lack of respect. The server rules apply to every single player who joins the server and the admins remove the players who can not abide by the rules.

No one has claimed to hate you.. that is a fabrication of your own mind not actually the truth. We are not there to abuse people we are there to enjoy the server as you do and to provide and maintain a healthy and fair gaming environment to everyone. We treat everyone who joins the server fairly.

A little respect goes a long way and you sir have not shown any towards the players in the server, the admins of the server or the rules of the server.

If Rusty decides to ban you permanently and remove you from the forum he has my full support as well as every other clan members because we are all in agreement that you have an attitude problem that is not wanted in the server.

If you decide to change the attitude and start to actually show some respect then as rusty said we will see you in a month. If you think you dont need to then enjoy playing on other servers because you wont be back on FH servers.

I would like to address your original 'topic' as you so eloquently put it, however your thought process seems to be mainly directed at your own personal dislike for 2 specific admins rather than an actual 'topic,' per se. But I'll do my best to read between the lines.

It seems to me your main issue is abuse of power, and you feel you are unfairly targeted.

Abuse of Power??
The admins on this server- and there are at least 50 of us total FYI- are here because we enjoy the game, and the people we play with. Most of us don't give a hoot whether or not someone is better skilled than we are, so your continued rantings on you being such a wonderful player and better than everyone else and we are all jealous is literally a waste of typing on your part. Who cares? We don't, therefore trust me when I say jealousy over your 'skills' is redundant at this point. If you were so skilled you wouldn't need to troll spawns so much.
Our MAIN goal is to keep the vibe a chill one so players can ENJOY their time on the server and continue to WANT to be here. Which is why there are rules for EVERYONE to follow, and we, as admins, have to enforce them. Even for ourselves---actually MORE so for ourselves as admins because we set the example and tone for others. We communicate REGULARLY, as in most of us are chatting DAILY on a dedicated private Skype chat.  We are held liable, just like everyone else, for infractions regarding said rules.  We hold many different kinds of conversations, including discussing how best to handle difficult players- especially repeat offenders, such as yourself, who are well known to everyone. Clan leaders take all of our opinions into account. You Sir, create a LOT of unnecessary drama. And considering how quickly you escalate things on a regular basis I am surprised it has been allowed to continue for as long as it has. Part of the reason is your skills make you challenging to play with. Not so much when you troll spawns, which seems to be a constant problem with you, and continuously verbally bashing people in the server. I myself has said something to you multiple times about your play style and attitude. We figured maybe you just have a problem with authority or something when an admin says something to you, but other players complain as well. And players leave when you are on, which tells us quite a bit about the type of vibe you give out on the server.  And THAT poses a BIG problem.
 
"Unfairly" targeted implies you have done nothing wrong and have broken no rules. You have broken almost all of them, repeatedly. But yet you are still here. That in itself should tell you how very 'fair' and enormously patient the admins on this server are and have been with you. Whether or not you agree with the rules is a waste of time as it will not change the rules or give allowances to you to ignore them. If you don't like the rules go start your own server and make up your own.
However-----there is a limit, and you are there considering the 4 week ban from the server. It's not often we feel the need to go that far, or beyond that for that matter.
Arguing in this case will do you no good whatsoever, considering we all agree something needs to be done about you. You are forcing the clan's hand, so to speak, and every single one of us hate doing it. Many of us feel you should be permanently banned already- Z and Rusty are the ones giving you another chance.

You literally have 2 choices, and 2 choices ONLY---just like everyone else~~
1) Follow the rules regarding gameplay and respecting others when you return in order to continue playing on this server,
2) or Don't and go play somewhere else.
Continuing with your current choice of game style and attitude is not one of your choices.

Il faut te calmer un peu, comme beaucoup de joueurs ton gameplay est discutable surtout quand tu ne gagne pas (observation personnel).
Nous sommes des admins cool, tu sais qu en FFA on pourrait !warn non stop si on voulait, ce n est pas le cas.

Tu as u une remarque, accepte là !!! Ne remet pas d huile sur le feu.

Tu ne reviendra pas sur notre discord.
Si après ton tempban tu pose un seul problème tu seras banni de nos servers.
( après avoir regarder ta page echelon je pense que vais te mute a vie, tu viens chez nous et tu nous manque respect !! )
Si tu pousse trop loin sur ce forum, ban.

J ai déjà donné mon accord pour un ban total, quel que soit l admin qui agira il a déjà mon soutien.

Nous jouons pour nous détendre et pas nous faire insulter, rien que ça " Rule #6: Please refrain from excessive cursing

Pour ma part tu n est plus le bien venu, ta présence sera tolérée mais il n y aura pas de 3iéme chance, ni d avertissement préalable.

Wow Tamsko I am  not an admin and have played on this server with these guys for about 6-7 years now they are great and skilled players, your disrespect in game and on the Discourse server both reflect how immature you are, YOU'RE lucky I'm  not an admin you would have been banned on the third language issue and not too long after wards for your disrespect and trolling spawn points, most of us are in our 40-80's and have played this game since it was developed, watch the language, play by the rules for gosh sakes it's ONLY a game not your life and we'll see you around do the opposite and one less pain in the admin and players rear
