Hey All!
I have a new PC since this summer, I dont play much COD4 since the gameplaying is very bad.  Slushy, skipping.  Can't get settings right so it's fun again.  Any ideas?

Have you downloaded the 1.8 patch or whatever it is?

What are your new pc specs? Make sure your cod4 in game setting for the refresh rate and display resolution are the same as your monitors refresh rate and resolution.. Several times I have had mine mixed up and it causes freaky gameplay.. 

I feel ya, man. I put in a new vid card and the game lags consistently every 2-3 minutes. The new patch helped a bit, but it's still noticeable.

What cpu are you using? Have you tried seeing core affinity to run the game on 4 cores?

The thing that helped mine was downloading the latest version of cod4x.
