A Note On Ranks in FH: As an organization we are more about friendships and sharing a common joy of playing for fun than we are being a rigid hierarchical organization. However, the following may assist in understanding the different levels of membership in the clan and the "job description" that is carried out by each level.
Clan Leaders: Head of the clan and responsible for the overall direction of the clan. They are charged with the responsibility to watch over and manage an entire Clan, maintaining discipline, order, and protection. When tough decisions need to be made or challenges arise it is their job to field input, sort information, and make final decisions. Ban appeals are the responsibility of the leaders, with assistance (as needed) from Executives and Sr. Admin and input and discussion with the member that banned. Leaders are responsible for making sure interviews take place with potential recruits. Leaders will make sure that the forum and servers are running smoothly and make updates as needed. They have full access to Echelon, rcon, and bot commands (lvl. 100). Executives: They are second-in-command to the leaders, and may be considered an apprentice and a "right hand man" to the leaders of the Clan. They serve and function in the leader's place in situations where the leader has delegated or is unavailable to fulfill their duties. They are also charged with helping conduct interviews for new recruits. They are in close communication with and are a strong support to the leaders. They have full access to Echelon, rcon, and most bot commands (lvl. 90). Senior Admins: For most, this will be the last promotion. Reaching this level provides you with all the needed game bot commands. These are proven veterans that have shown long term dedication to the clan. They are looked to as part of the leadership team and are good role models to emulate how to conduct the duties of an admin in game. They have limited access to Echelon, access to rcon and most bot commands (lvl. 80). A.S.S.es: (Assistants to the Senior Staff) Another group of proven clan members that are on their way to full leadership positions. They have access to rcon, read-only echelon, and many bot commands (lvl. 69). Notable new bot commands: Register players as regulars. Full Admin: Players that have proven they can handle themselves well in server and can make good decisions when accessing the difference between good players and hacks. They can be trusted to implement the 100% policy before issuing perm bans. They have many bot commands (lvl. 60). Notable new ban commands: Perm Ban, Unban, Lookup Admin: Players that have completed the initiation stage of membership. They are now trusted to make good admin choices in game. They have some bot commands (lvl. 40). Notable new bot commands: TempBan and Mute Player. Moderators: (Mods) Players that have moved past the recruit stage and have earned their full FH tags. This is the first stage of full membership. Players here look for advice and role models in how to conduct themselves as admin at FH. They have limited bot commands (lvl. 20). Notable new bot commands: Warn, Aliases, Kick Recruits: This is where all new applicants start when joining FH. They wear recruit tags, lower case fh. We expect that recruits will wear their tags at all times and use their regular in game name. Players here will be monitored by other members to see how they conduct themselves in game and on forum. This is the time recruits get to know us and members get to know them. They have very limited bot commands (lvl. 10). - Jock Ych |
