Your explanation of the appeal:
Hi guys my names Danny I don't really know any of you but from time to time I look for a decent server to play on where my ping is pretty good, I have played cod4 for years and been part of a clan The Twisted Minds for a long time now, since I moved out of England over to the states my ping on the TTM English servers as been pretty bad so I went looking for a server to have fun on where my ping wouldn't effect my play.

Anyhow to the point, today I came onto the server and was accused of hopping a few times I made a remark that it seems a bit of a silly rule to have since it doesn't give any players an advantage and pointed out that those that were complaining constantly about it must be pretty crap players lol, anyways I was told it was the servers rules fair enough I was then accused of arguing which I firmly believe I wasn't I was just pointing something out, I was then muted in chat and kicked from the server repeatedly for a short while.

I continued rejoining and eventually it stopped kicking me I played then for a couple of games without saying anything, I didn't hop once I played the game properly and then left after the few games with a peace out.

I come back just now to play for some fun and I am perma ban, I find this rather pointless please lift it so I can play on the servers, I don't see a reason for apologizing since I didn't slate anybody off or call anyone names I just moaned about the rule.

Your ban is not in echelon, so the ban was not done using b3.

I have a guess at who it was, but let me check with the handful of people who have rcon access just to make sure I am correct, and also so I/the banning admin can provide a reason and explanation. Thanks for your patience.

This ban was a mistake, slip of the finger. Bot was not not working for me at the time. He can be unbanned.
