In our members section we are addressing these difficult map locations. This stemmed from the situation you referred to (and others like it).
Here is information regarding those locations:
Creek
The Cave -- Players may not camp in the cave. Please realize players may move slowly/cautiously to exit, knowing that there are two spawns in cave. Clays MAY NOT be set IN the cave. Clays may be set outside the cave as long as a player can escape the cave without triggering it. For example, on the one side you can go right or left out of the cave and the big boulder is just to the right. You can set a clay by the big boulder facing toward the cave as long as a player going to the left would not have set it off.
Strike
Top of the Hill -- Players may camp on the top of the hill, but not from behind the building in the top corner. A player may go behind that building to escape an airstrike or to run from a pursuing enemy. They may put a clay anywhere behind building. They just cannot camp there. Upon leaving, if they do go behind building, they may have to kill a player in the spawn at the top of hill to safely leave. Running round and round the building repeatedly to get that kill, however, is considered spawn camping.
Broadcast
The Bathroom -- Clays are allowed in the bathroom on the side without the spawn. They are not allowed in the bathroom on the side with the spawn. The little room outside the bathroom, with the filing cabinet they are allowed too. The tricky part is that if they clay the side without the spawn AND that little room with the file cabinet in such a way as a person cannot leave the bathroom without hitting a clay, it is not allowed.
