Shoutbox?

Could I be allowed to use the shoutbox? It's just way faster to report cheaters for me while I'm in the server seeing as I am chat banned in game and cant inform via that means. Also while I'm here how the hell do I validate my account?

You should be able to use the record functions. It's a console command, not chat. Are you using the command correctly?
Press tilde(~) the type what's in quotations, for record "/record". To stop, Press tilde(~) then type "/stoprecord".

Also you need to validate address by clicking the link in your email. There should have been a link sent to the email address you put in your profile when you first registered.
