Your explanation of the appeal:

i was banned from the HC server for joking saying "if i run over another claymore i will kill you IRL" to _nobody_ in particular at all because i was getting frustrated. so i got warned which was completely unnecessary. then when i told the admin it was a joke and not to get "poopy in his panties" i got banned? what the hell is this. trying to eliminate an already dead game over something so dumb? i can't believe this is a reason to ban someone for any period of time at all. if i am reading console correctly the banning admin is Spankeem. i understand he is an "executive" admin but there is no way this can be an ok reason to ban someone. if it is, then you may as well make it perm because that's some pretty next level crazy stuff to ban someone for. Check logs if you don't believe me, I have screenshots of the console logs too.

Maybe, just maybe you should follow server rules.  At no point should you threaten a player of our server or any server for that matter.  Secondly, your response to the warning was quite childish.  Rule #3 of the server is to Be respectful.  Have some common courtesy and not act immature.  A 4 hour temp ban is not that harsh to begin with.  I'll save you the trouble of going through your own logs and just post it here:

Thanks Bill for your post - hit the nail on the head.

Popeye you were banned for making a threatening comment in which you stated you would kill someone in real life.  Even if you were joking, that was in very poor taste and a simple warning was warranted.  Unfortunately you then decided to back chat and I felt it best you had time off from the server.

The FH clan FFA server has only 9 simple rules which I will use this opportunity to spell out to you:

In-game Rules
- No racism of any kind
- Use of any cheats will see you permanently banned
- Please be respectful
- No recruiting for your clan, your server, or anything else
- No advertising or spamming of websites or servers
- Please refrain from excessive cursing
- The use of Martydom or Last Stand is NOT allowed
- Do not bind your 'fire' key to the scroll wheel
- Camping is allowed, spawn camping/trolling is not (claying,nading,tubing and rpg's on spawn are not allowed)
- Glitching, except for elevators, is allowed as long as the following is true:
             - You can be seen
             - You can be killed

Putting this matter to the side, the FH community is an amazing one and if you follow the server rules (which are designed to make the game play fair and fun) then you stand to make some really good friends that like most of us spill over into real life.  But if you do not follow the server rules and go extreme as you have, you also stand to be permanently excluded from the server.
