I'd just like to provide some feedback as I was on the server when this all went down.  With regard to your own comments you say that you cant hear footsteps, I spawned behind you and you spun around instantaneously and peow peow I was dead.  From the video there were a couple of things that made me think something was amiss....there was one time when you were shooting into a half round structure and getting hits but when you went into it there was no one inside so it appeared you were hitting people out the far side......there were shots fired into another half round where your shots seemed to be following someone that you couldnt have possibly known was there (i.e. the shots werent on one space but leading).  I think there was one time you hit the clackers but I couldnt recall if that was for UAV or air/chopper.

I constantly play with a 200+ ping and from my experience I find I concentrate on things I can see in front of me whereas there were multiple times where you appeared to be oblivious to people directly in front of you.   I recall from the demos that there was one instance where someone spawned and you continued to constantly shoot into that location even though the person passed to your left and out the door (clearly viewable). 

I personally dont use the UAV as I find it difficult enough to concentrate on my 200 hundy ping on whats in front of me to concern myself with looking at the UAV results to add another level of difficulty.  If I get an airstrike or chopper - damn yous all be knowing about that lol.

It could just be that you know the spawn points across the map and use that to good effect.

My two cents worth and I acknowledge Im no expert on the subject.  I think Ill use your airstrike/chopper plan of attack in future as its so damn smart!

After reviewing the demos (Including myself rewatching them) and speaking with other admin's - we have come to the conclusion that there is not a sufficient amount of evidence in the demos provided. You have been unbanned. Hope to see you on the server (:

I have really appreciated the way this clan has gone about their banning and ban appeal system, and I commend it and the clan for being so open eyed, not just my case but other cases I have read on this sub forum. I really thank you guys, and I really do appreciate it. I will still make a video of me playing, but not right now as I have heaps of school work to do, hopefully in the next week (just in case this happens in the future again d:). I will also be telling some other clans about how they could improve their appeal system, as I have been unfairly banned from their servers, they were nowhere near as accommodating, polite and as opened eyed as you guys. Nor did they have a system so well put in place as you guys.

I'm constantly checking pbbans for their latest bans and being a pb streaming admin, I can also see any linked keys as well.




I should probably add that this is 100% the same player, the guid's and IPs match, just incase anyone is wodering something like "well, could just be the same name" etc..
